• Wine making tools

Here you'll find the supplies you need for mashing and wine making, graders, digesters, measuring jugs of various sizes, tanks, jugs, stoppers. Wine treatment is not the same as "panning". Quality wine can only be produced by controlled fermentation. Whether it is a traditional barrel fermentation, the so-called oxidative process, or a metal tank fermentation, the so-called reductive process, high quality wine can only be produced with great care, handling and coexistence with the grape juice, from the pressing of the grapes to the bottling of the wine. Wine is the oldest alcoholic beverage. In the old days, must was extracted from the grapes by treading, but today modern equipment and tools are available for crushing, pressing, fermentation, maceration, bottling and corking. • Wine-making aids

Here you will find enzymes, yeasts and other auxiliary materials for the production and treatment of wine and brandy. We offer a wide range of yeasts, starters and stabilizers. • Focolos

The expected yield of mash depends on the sugar content of each fruit. The digester can be made of glass or plastic.

In the old days, grapes were picked in punnets, today it is more common to use crates or cisterns. Wine is also fermented and stored in steel tanks rather than barrels, which you can find here in many sizes. For water treatment, disinfection, pH reduction, algae removal, we offer a variety of chlorine and chlorine-free products, even scented.
