GARDENA Irrigation Computer with Bluetooth® App
The GARDENA Irrigation Computer Bluetooth® can be conveniently configured for your automatic garden irrigation system using a smartphone or tablet. With its elegant and simple design, the weatherproof device can be connected directly to the outdoor water tap. Thanks to the Bluetooth® connection, the Irrigation Computer can be set up from up to 10 metres away, for example from a comfortable sun lounger. An iOS or Android smartphone or tablet acts as a handy remote control. After installation, the GARDENA Bluetooth® App guides you step-by-step through the connection of your smartphone and the Irrigation Computer. Afterwards, simply let the Scheduling Assistant recommend ideal watering cycles or set up 3 individual programmes according to your needs. Each program has different start times and durations and can be repeated on different days of the week. You can also set a rain date if required, which prevents you from watering your garden unnecessarily when it's rainy. This is not only good for the plants, but also saves water. It can also be connected to the separately available GARDENA Soil Moisture Sensor. This automatically ensures watering on demand and saves water by not carrying out timed watering when the soil is still wet enough. Three status LEDs on the control panel indicate the current status of the Bluetooth® connection, watering and the charge of the 9V alkaline battery in use. One battery should be enough for a whole year. If you want to water your plants during the watering cycle, you can start and stop watering manually at any time at the touch of a button. Thanks to the GARDENA Safe Stop function, automatic watering is always under your control. If the battery charge is too low, the next watering cycle will not start. This way you can be sure that your garden will never be over-watered.To use the GARDENA Bluetooth® App and the GARDENA Bluetooth® Gardening Tools features, you need to register online and create a user account with GARDENA or our corporate group, the Husqvarna Group. A username and email address are required to set up a GARDENA user account. All you need to do is follow the instructions in the application. Important: When setting up your GARDENA user account, you can choose any username. If you do not want to, you do not have to use your real first and last name.
