Prescribed crop protection technology:

In autumn canola, apply by autumn (from silique stage to 4 true leaf stage: control of aphids, oilseed rape aphid and oilseed rape beetle larvae) or spring (control of aphids, oilseed rape light beetle, cutworm beetles).

The need for control can be decided on the basis of an assessment of the pest population. It is recommended to control 5 oilseed rape beetles per plant.

Spraying should be carried out at a rate of 200-400 l/ha. It is recommended to add a wetting agent to the spray. Treatments against rape beetle are also effective against other pests (rapeseed borer, rape beetle beetle) occurring in the area.

During the flowering period of oilseed rape, or if there are flowering weeds on the field to be protected or other flowering crops in the vicinity, the product is not harmful to bees when applied by day at a dose of 0,2 l/ha. However, when used in tank-mixes with tebuconazole in flowering crops or in the presence of honeydew and flowering weeds, or where the area is visited by bees for any reason, the product should only be applied using bee sparing techniques. In such cases, control should only be applied after the end of the bee flight period, at the earliest one hour before astronomical sunset. The treatment must be completed by 23.00 or must be interrupted from 23.00 until dusk the following day.
