To germinate seeds, all you need is water and a special pot with a filter top! We recommend the BLUMEN sprouting pot.

1. Put 1-2 spoons of seeds in the jar.
2. Pour enough water into the jar to cover the seeds, so they will soak for 12 hours.
3. After that, change the water 2 times a day and place the jar in a bright place, upside down, to allow excess water to drain out.
5. Once the sprouts appear, they can be eaten after a few days of growth!
