Characterisation of the white patisón of the Old World:
An indigenous type of clematis recommended for outdoor cultivation. The butter-coloured fruits have thick, white flesh. The fruits weigh between 0,15 and 1,5 kg, depending on the time of harvest. The skin is white, with a cultivation period of 90-100 days. It is a nutrient-demanding plant, which is grateful for fertilisation. It can be used for fresh consumption and pickling.
