Sowing: Apr-Jun (open field)
Germination: 12-21 days 15-22°C / thinning may be necessary
Height and row width: 12-15 x 25 cm
Harvesting: jul-oct.
White, sweet-tasting beetroot delicacy. It is highly recommended for raw consumption. Can also be grown as a baby beet (25-40 mm diameter). The tender leaves can also be picked. A middle-aged variety with healthy, vigorous foliage. It thrives in almost all soils, with the exception of soils that are too compacted or too sandy (water supply problems). For beetroot, it is important never to dry out, as this can lead to deterioration and yield loss. Temperatures below 10°C can induce seed stalking, so be careful when sowing.
