Discover a new dimension of efficiency!

Fast, spectacular effect:
The sprayed active ingredient is rapidly taken up by weeds, mainly through their above-ground parts. The absorbed active ingredient is rapidly transported towards the shoot apex and the root to the dividing tissues of the plant. The growth of susceptible weeds is arrested and within a few days after treatment the weeds are bleached and killed. Laudis is effective against even more advanced weeds. It is mainly effective when absorbed through the leaves and shoots, but in years with sufficient rainfall, it has been shown to be effective through 4-5 weeks of soil dwell against ragweed, goosefoot, pigweed, millet species and silk mallow.
Broad spectrum of activity:
Laudis is effective against a wide range of seed-borne monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds. Susceptible monocots: cock's-foot, muhar, sorghum seed-borne species, celandine, wild millet (Panicum miliaceum). Susceptible biennials: ragweed, pigweed, goosefoot, serpentine thistle, snap bladderwort, black cohosh, field acacia, milkweed, wild hemp, ditch-grass, bitter-grass. Partial action: against Ugari's bindweed, field pansy, hedge bindweed, tarack wheat, perennial pine needlegrass. Ineffective: against recently emerged millet species, coastal millet (Panicum riparium) resistant to HPPD-inhibiting herbicides, or late millet (Panicum dichotomiflorum).
Rapid rain resistance:
Laudis is absorbed into weeds in just one hour. Rainfall after this time does not reduce its effectiveness.
After a few hours of rain, the effect is no longer reduced:
Maize can break down Laudis' active ingredient, tembotrione. The antidote improves the selectivity of the product in some more sensitive maize hybrids, sweetcorn varieties. It achieves this effect by increasing the rate of degradation of the active substance. Its effect is specific, i.e. it accelerates degradation only in maize, not in weeds.

Proposed technology:

The product should be applied postemergence, adjusted to the development of the weeds. Application should be made at 2-4 true leaf emergence of dicotyledonous weeds and at 1-3 leaf emergence of monocotyledonous weeds at root change. For more advanced weeds, apply at the higher rate. In case of heavy infestation of perennial dicots (field acacia, sulphur beetle), it is recommended to combine with an authorised dose of dicamba active substances. The recommended time of application is at 5-7 leaf development of maize, but in the case of delayed control it may be applied up to 8 leaf stage of maize.
Application should be made at 6-10 leaf stage of poppy, up to the bud break of monocotyledonous weeds and up to 6 leaf stage of dicotyledonous weeds. Dose 1,75-2,25 l/ha in poppy.

Remember:

Laudis can be used in commodity and silage maize without any variety restrictions.
For weed control in maize lines and sweetcorn, the opinion of the breeder/owner should be sought on the use of the product.
Post-emergence: Laudis allows for flexible rotation. Crops that can be sown after treatment: after 4 months: rape, lettuce, carrots, winter barley, after 5 months: winter wheat, triticale, onions, radish, lucerne, after 6 months: sunflower, tomato, after 10 months: sugar beet, peas, soya, spring rape, flax, spring barley, potato.
Replacement crop: if for any reason the treated maize is destroyed or has to be removed from the field, maize can be sown after one week and sorghum two weeks after treatment.
