Drum cleaner "alkaline" 1 l

Special wine destemming detergent for wine tanks and wine equipment.
Properties:
HORDOMOSOLUS LOW contains synthetic, anionic and non-ionic detergents that are 90% biodegradable. It is a special alkaline formulation consisting of cleaning and disinfecting agents.

Uses:
Suitable for washing cement and acid resistant tanks, drums and hoses. The product is suitable for upgrading barrels with bad and mouldy odour. It can be used to remove deposits from cement tanks, to decolourise barrels in which red wines have been stored and to clean wine-making equipment and hoses.

Handling instructions:
Application and dosage: always empty the vessel completely so that the acidity of the residual wine does not weaken the action of the agent, then rinse the cask with water.
Always start cleaning with the alkaline cask cleaner.
Cleaning may be carried out by scrubbing, soaking, or by running the water continuously over the walls of the vessel (using a washing rod), repeated several times if necessary. In order to use the barrel cleaning agent economically, it is advisable to use the solution several times until the solution loses its cleaning effect.
Use 1% solution (10 grams per litre) to clean wine-making equipment and hoses, 10-15% solution (100-150 grams per litre) to remove difficult-to-remove impurities, and 20-25% solution (200-250 grams per litre) to remove wine stones.
After using the alkaline barrel cleaner, apply the acid barrel cleaner to adjust the PH neutrality of the storage vessel.
