HarmoVin CF wine harmonizer 100g

Casein-free special blend for the harmonisation treatment of wines.

Short description of the product and its effects
HarmoVin® CF is a casein-free, powdered, special mixture. HarmoVin® CF is a highly effective but not
aggressive PVPP part. HarmoVin® CF can be used to harmonise wines, it is colour and aroma friendly
aromatic treatment. HarmoVin® CF is a mixture of gelatine, PVPP and silicates.
It is authorised under current EU regulations and directives in terms of purity and quality
tested in a specialised laboratory.

Dosage and administration
For harmonisation: 10-20 g/100 l
For correction of minor defects: 20-30 g/100 l
For polyphenol reduction: 30-50 g/100 l
To eliminate odour and taste defects: 50-80 g/100 l.

HarmoVin® CF can be used at any time during the winemaking process, e.g. also before the clarification. Recommended
however, it is recommended to carry out the treatment after a successful clarification, as this is the time when flavour defects can be detected
after the taste has been detected. In all cases, preliminary tests are recommended.
Once the required dosage has been determined, HarmoVin® CF should be diluted in 10 times the volume of water
(preferably warm to the touch), stirring constantly and without lumps. Then mix continuously
add to the volume to be treated with continuous stirring. Mixing and dissolving HarmoVin with particular care
be carried out with particular care.

Storage
Store the product in a dry, cool place, free from foreign odours. Opened packages should be carefully closed.
