Introduction to the Karmmin red paprika:

The Kárminvörös spicy paprika is a non-hot Hungarian spicy paprika variety. It is very hardy and can even be sown in the field.

It is a very hardy and insensitive variety.

It is an early maturing, continuous-growing, drooping variety. The berries are up to 10 cm long and have a slightly grooved surface. It retains its strong colouring under extensive conditions.

The Carmine red paprika is a recognition of the Carmine red paprika:

One of the state-recognized Szegedi Édesnemes varieties for use in ground paprika

This variety is one of the most famous varieties of sweet peppers in the world.

It is an excellent year-round seasoning when frozen and dried.
