Category of circulation: III (Free use)

After more than 30 years of persistent work, Sencor's new formula is liquid, easy to use and accurately measured. Sencor continues to be the basic herbicide for potatoes and other biennial crops.

A highly effective, broad-spectrum selective herbicide, it can be used in potatoes as well as other important crops such as tomatoes, soya and asparagus. It has excellent activity against most dicotyledonous and many monocotyledonous weeds. Its action is based on the inhibition of photosynthesis. Symptoms appear quickly: growth stops, leaves turn yellow and then wither.

Application

Before potato emergence or in the stand after emergence when shoots are on average 5-10 cm long.

In tomatoes, apply before transplanting or after transplanting, in well-rooted stock, at 4-6 leaf development. Do not use after sowing, before emergence!

In asparagus, the preparation should be applied in early spring after the preparation of the bush in the established crop, while the 'whistles' are below the soil surface, or after harvest on a plant-free surface.

Dose: 0,55-0,9 l/ha
After more than 30 years of persistent work, Sencor has now been renewed. Its new form is a liquid that is easy to handle and accurately measured. Sencor 600 SC continues to be the basic herbicide for potatoes and other biennial crops.
It is a highly effective, broad-spectrum selective herbicide for use in potatoes and other important crops such as seed and seedling tomatoes, soya and asparagus.
It has excellent activity against most dicotyledonous and many monocotyledonous weeds.
Biological action.
Its action is based on the inhibition of photosynthesis. Symptoms appear rapidly: growth stops, leaves turn yellow and then wither.
Sencor is also effective against weeds that are difficult to weed:
silk mallow, pigweed, ragweed, ragweed, laboda, white goosefoot, snapdragon, henbane, sunflower, chamomile, wild rape, fat vetch, serpentine, veronica, cock's-foot, foxglove, smut, etc.

Proposed technology:

Apply at a rate of 0.55 l/ha at stand after potato emergence when shoot length averages 5-10 cm.
If both pre-emergent and post-emergent applications have been made in a given year, no potatoes may be applied to that area in the following year. The total rate of Sencor 600 SC shall not exceed 1,45 l/ha in any one growing season, taking into account the base treatment and top dressing. Sencor 600 SC is a broad spectrum formulation, but in the case of heavy monocorm infestations, a combination with an appropriate dose of an authorised monocormicide is recommended. This can be done for both pre-emergent and post-emergent applications.
In the presence of triazine-resistant weeds, a combination with Sencor 600 SC Titus1 25 DF at 0,03 kg/ha is recommended in the postemergent treatment period.
In planted tomatoes, the product can be applied before planting or after planting in well-rooted stands. In tomatoes sown from seed, the product should be applied at the 4-6 leaf development of the crop.
In soybean, in soils with an organic matter content of more than 1,5 %, it should be applied after sowing, before emergence (preemergence).
In asparagus, the product should be applied in the early spring after the preparation of the bush in the established crop, while the 'whistles' are below the soil surface, or after harvest on a bare surface.

For weed control of potatoes, 9 ml of Sencor 600 SC per 100 m2 preemergence and 5 ml postemergence in enough water to
water to spray 100 m2 evenly. Do not apply with an aerosol sprayer!

Remember:
There are potato varieties sensitive to Sencor 600 SC. In such cases, depending on the degree of sensitivity, no or pre-emergence use is recommended.
Sensitive foreign varieties include Shepody, Fambo and Laura. Among Hungarian varieties, White lady, Balatoni rózsa and Démon should not be treated with Sencor 600 SC in stock (postemergence). As the list is subject to change, you should always ask the variety owner for information on herbicide sensitivity.
Postemergent treatments in potatoes and tomatoes above 25°C are prohibited due to increased risk of phytotoxicity.
Except for potatoes, only one treatment with the product is allowed per growing season!
