What it means to produce, live and think in this way is answered in our textbook. As this is the first textbook on organic farming in Hungary, we could not fit it into the limited space available, so we had to split the book in two to give our readers as much information and knowledge as possible. The whole reflection will be completed only after the publication of our next book.
