BORDO POWDER is a very fine-grained loose powder, which can be used to make a spray with good buoyancy. When sprayed it has good adhesion and forms a rainproof coating.
Advantage over the traditional "Bordo juice":
-constant composition
-it is easy to prepare the spray
-controlled pH during production (avoids scorching)
-volumetric weight: 0.240 g/cm3 (the volume per unit of spray is large and therefore covers a larger surface area)
The fungicidal activity of BORDÓI POR is achieved by the non-specific inhibition of the fungal vital enzymes and proteins by copper/II/ ions inside the fungal cell, which prevents the development of resistance and allows it to be incorporated into crop protection technologies on a permanent basis.
BORDÓI POR is a contact formulation and is therefore recommended for preventive control based on the prediction of infection risk. Spraying should be carried out at the latest when the first symptoms appear!
Repeat spraying as necessary:
- every 10 to 14 days in case of a weaker infestation
- every 7 days in case of a more severe infestation
- immediately after prolonged or heavy rainfall"
