Mix 100-150 g of Deriton in 1 litre of water, allow to stand for 24 hours, then stir several times until Deriton is lump-free. The resulting solution is added slowly to 100 litres of must or wine, stirring continuously. Repeat the stirring 2-3 times, then leave to stand for 2-3 days and filter or decant.
