What should I pay attention to when purchasing?
In accordance with current legislation, we only sell pesticides to authorized persons with proper documentation in person. The product descriptions are for informational purposes only. Always read the instructions for use on the product label and/or other relevant documents (e.g., license documents, etc.) before use.

How do I use the quick search?
Enter the word you are looking for (product, crop) or part of the word in the field and press the magnifying glass button! Before starting your search, you can choose whether you want to search in the store, the expert advice section, or other content. The results will show you where the character string you are looking for occurs (product description or article). Click on the link to go to the desired location.

How do I use the advanced search (filter)?
If you are not searching for a specific product, you can further narrow down the list of results by clicking on the + sign on the right side of the filter field to display the price slider and additional filter options.

Similar to the quick search, just narrow down the search location in the drop-down menus.

How can I make a purchase?
Select the item you want on the appropriate category page or based on the search results. If you wish to purchase the product, fill in the quantity field and click on the "Add to cart" button! This will add the desired quantity of the product to your cart. On the right-hand side, in the cart box, you can always see the products and quantities you have selected so far. If you want to change the quantity of a product, modify the quantity and click on the recalculate button. You can delete a selected product from your shopping cart by entering 0 in the quantity field and then clicking on the recalculate button or by clicking on the x (remove) at the end of the line. After making the desired changes, click on the recalculate button to see the new amounts.

When you have finished shopping, click on the payment button to proceed to the checkout. Fill in the fields to enter your billing and shipping information.

If you are a registered customer and are logged in, your details will appear automatically. You only need to fill in the delivery details if they differ from the billing details. Here you can also select how you would like to receive the ordered products (in person, by delivery) and the payment method (cash on delivery, advance bank transfer). Here you can check the value of the ordered products and the shipping costs. Click on the "Confirm order" button at the bottom of the page to finalize and send your order. Our system will send you a confirmation email about your order.

Gross or net prices?
The prices on gazdabolt.hu are gross prices.

How will I receive the goods I have ordered?
Once we have received your order, our colleagues will begin processing it. If all products are available, we will hand over the order to the courier service, who will notify you of the delivery date.

If you choose personal pickup, we will notify you of the pickup time at one of the contact details you provided.

 If you wish to pay in advance by bank transfer, our colleague will prepare the invoice and send it to you by email once all products are available. Please do not make the transfer until you have received the invoice!

If any of the products you have ordered are out of stock, our colleague will notify you of the arrival time of the missing product and the delivery/pickup time!

Do I need to log in to make a purchase?

No, you do not need to log in. However, if you are a registered visitor and log in with your ID and password, you will not need to re-enter your details when placing an order.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made in cash upon receipt of the goods or in advance by bank transfer.

I can't find a product in the store, what should I do?

If you need a product that you can't find in our store, please let us know at info@gazdabolt.hu. We will send you a description and price quote for the desired product by email.

Where can I send my comments?

If you have any comments (you did not receive the goods; the goods were damaged; you did not receive what you ordered, etc.), please write to info@gazdabolt.hu!

Why is it good to subscribe to the newsletter?

Visitors who subscribe to the newsletter will receive notifications about our promotions, exceptionally affordable products, technological innovations, and the publication of our plant protection forecasts.
