The ProTurf range is a unique, innovative combination of conventional granular fertiliser and controlled release coated granules. Thanks to the Poly-S coating technology, 25% of the total N content is long-lasting with a 2-month effect.

The coating of the fertilizer granules:

In Poly-S coated fertilizer granules, the nitrogen is surrounded by a sulphur-containing and biodegradable polymeric membrane layer.As soon as soil moisture enters the outer membrane layer, nitrogen begins to be released. Depending on the thickness of the envelope, nitrogen release can take several months.
Nitrogen release remains steady even if soil temperature or soil moisture content changes.
The nutrient release of Poly-S coated fertilizers closely follows the nutrient needs of the lawn with minimal nutrient loss.It provides efficient nitrogen supply because the rate of nutrient leaching is significantly reduced.
There are no growth peaks, so mowing frequency can be reduced. This also results in less clippings, so felting, which is detrimental to turf, can be prevented.

Can be taken up immediately in cooler conditions. Special ingredients include water-soluble calcium and magnesium, which promote rapid greening and healthy growth.

ProTurf is a range of products specifically developed for the treatment of sports fields and golf course fairways, but can also be used to replenish the nutrient content of public park lawns.

Dosage:

General dosage: 200 - 350 kg/ha.
One bag is sufficient for 715-1250 m2 depending on the formulation

Apply to dry lawns! Irrigation after application will aid spreading and speed up emergence. Do not use during drought or frost.
