A nutrient solution for all ornamental houseplants. Flowering or foliage plants have different needs, but if you cannot afford to feed flowering and foliage plants separately, or if you have a small number of different plants, you can use Vitafloora General Nutrient Solution, which contains all the essential nutrients, with good results.

Use:

For all ornamental plants except orchids, bromeliads, cacti and possums.

Dosage:

Once a week from March to October, once a week from November to February for plants kept in a light place, every two weeks otherwise every 3-4 weeks.
Using the dosing cylinder of the half-litre and one-litre bottle cap: mix half a dosing cylinder of nutrient solution with 3 litres of irrigation water.
Decis bottle: 1 capful of nutrient solution to 1 litre of water.
As a foliar fertiliser: 5-8 ml of nutrient solution to 1 litre of water.

In the spring, to regenerate the foliage of Mediterranean plants, water plants once a week for 2-3 weeks by mixing 50 ml of nutrient solution into 10 litres of irrigation water.

Directions for use:

Some species of house pines, ferns and palms are salt-sensitive and only half the amount is recommended.

For some plants with a small amount of water, only half the amount is needed.

Never fertilize a sick plant, unless the disease is caused by a nutrient deficiency.

For plants that have not been previously fertilised, only half the amount of nutrient should be added to the irrigation water for the first two applications.

If the Mediterranean plants have overwintered badly, it is advisable to use the general nutrient solution in the spring while the plant is recovering. Vitafloora General Nutrient Solution helps the plant to replace the foliage lost over the winter. Once the plants have recovered from their winter dormancy, you can start to fertilise and flower with Vitaflóra Flowering Starter and Vitaflóra Leander, which are suitable for the plant group. Plants that have overwintered poorly should be started gradually!
