A storage variety with a 90-100 day shelf life for autumn production. Its round tuber weighs 220-250 g on average and has a black skin. The flesh is white, not prone to hollowing or powdering and has a slightly pungent taste. An important source of vitamins in the winter months. Tip: black radishes make an excellent cough suppressant. Wash the radish well, scoop out the inside and replace it with honey or sugar. After 1-2 days, the resulting delicious syrup is excellent for colds and coughs. Sowing: June-August, in the open ground. Germination at 6-14 0C for 6-8 days. Thin after emergence. Seed requirement: 6-10 g/10 m2. Space: 25-30x3-5cm. Harvesting: from September to October.
