General characteristics of the month-old radish:
Monthly radish (Raphanus sativus L. var. sativus) is a cultivated variety of radish (Raphanus sativus), a member of the Brassicaceae family. It is an annual plant because, after it has developed a tuber, it soon grows to a seed-stalk on which it ripens seeds and then dies. Its nutritional value is mainly due to its vitamin content. In addition to vitamin C, it contains vitamins B1, B2 and P. The vitamin C content varies between 30 and 50 mg per 100 g.

A round, bright red variety with large tubers, suitable for pressing and early outdoor cultivation. Good quality, 40 to 50 days of maturity per month. It is not prone to bulging or cracking. Foliage medium large, light green.
