SierraformGT Pre-Seeder 18-22-05 (6 - 8 weeks effective life) micro-granules contain slow release nitrogen and potassium in addition to the traditional NPK formulation. Ideal for over-seeding or new turf planting. High phosphorus content promotes rapid and vigorous root formation.
By using slow-release MU2 and SilK technology, it does not increase soil salinity excessively, so it does not scorch young roots. The rate of nutrient uptake is specifically designed to best suit grass rooting.
Apply to a dry lawn surface. Post-application watering will aid distribution and speed up emergence. Do not use during drought or frost.
Mowing is not recommended for 3 to 4 days after application as the mower may pick up the granules. Nitrogen uptake will only reach a predetermined rate above 10ºC.
