Features of the Soil Covering Green Carpet (Dichondra) DLF:
This product contains high quality Dichondra, also known as creeping turfgrass seed. It is a perennial, fast-growing, side-sprouting turfgrass substitute. A ground cover plant with bright green tiny kidney shaped leaves growing to 3-5 cm tall. Sowing in spring and autumn above 20°C is optimal. Suitable for sowing in sunny and shady, less used areas.
Sowing, emergence:
- Before sowing, prepare a circular seedbed to a depth of 15 cm.
- Sowing depth should be no more than 0.5 cm!
- During the sowing period, water frequently with small amounts of water to keep the soil moist. Be careful, overwatering will crush the seeds!
- First mowing after emergence should be done at a height of 5 cm, gradually reducing the mowing height to a maximum of 3 cm.
- Recommended for all soil types!
