Automatically optimised irrigation with the Soil Moisture Sensor
Irrigating your garden has never been easier and more precise: the innovative GARDENA Soil Moisture Sensor automatically ensures that your garden is watered on demand and saves water by measuring the actual soil moisture and transmitting the value to the Irrigation Computer. If the soil is still wet enough, the next watering cycle is skipped. So your plants automatically receive reliable and accurate care, and you even save water. The Sensor is compatible with almost all GARDENA Irrigation Computers and Multi-channel Irrigation Controllers. Thanks to its compact size, the Battery Soil Moisture Sensor can be used not only for lawns or flowerbeds, but also in smaller pots. Its particularly light weight and flat surface ensure that the sensor does not interfere with lawn care: both lawnmowers and robotic lawnmowers can pass through the sensor without any problems. The five-metre long cable allows for flexible installation and can be extended as required with the optional extension cable. This gives you an overview of your irrigation by viewing the sensor data on the connected irrigation computer. The low charge level of the two AA batteries (not included) is indicated on both the watering computer and the LED display. The batteries last for approximately one year. The Soil Moisture Sensor always works reliably, watering on demand and saving water.
