Tipptex® BS geotextiles, made from 100% polypropylene, non-woven, needle felted fibre structure, are products with an area density of 85-370 g/m2 and tensile strength values ranging from 4-30 kN/m. Tipptex® BS geotextiles have higher mechanical properties than Tipptex® B/N types, thanks to a new production technology with lower areal density. This property makes them particularly suitable for use in areas where the excellent mechanical properties of geotextiles are a requirement.

Features of Tipptex® BS geotextiles:

-separation (to prevent mixing of soils with different grain compositions),
-filtration (to prevent grain movement caused by water movement),
-drainage (drainage of water from the soil),
erosion control (protection of the surface of copper needles against grain movement caused by run-off water),
