Pest-stop bird alarm

With the PEST STOP OUTDOOR SONIC BIRD bird deterrent you can keep birds away from the area you want to protect. The SONIC BIRD will alert you with the lifelike sounds of birds of prey. The front of the unit has a motion detector (PIR) and LED lights to indicate operation. By unscrewing the waterproof battery cover on the back of the unit, you can access the function switches and battery compartment (the cover is secured to the back by 4 screws, batteries are not included). Attention! When installing the device, please make sure that the volume control knob is set to the minimum setting to avoid loud ringing.

Volume control:
Can be set to sound clockwise,
counterclockwise, you can turn down the volume by turning the rotary potentiometer counterclockwise
Operation:
4 "C" batteries or AC adapter (not included!)
Use the mode switch to turn the unit on. By default, "A" is off. If you want to use the device with the motion sensor, turn the mode switch to "B". The angle of view (PIR) of the motion detector is 60° and is triggered by moving hot spots within 15m of the unit. Movement of branches, bushes does not trigger the sensor. During the alarm, the blue LED indicator on the front panel will light up.Operate the device continuously to allow time for it to have an effect on intruding birds. It is advisable to change the playback sounds at intervals to prevent the birds from getting used to the sound pattern. Low batteries are indicated by a rapid 1 sec flash of the blue LED on the front panel. Accessories can be used to mount the unit on a side wall or on the ground and position it. The unit can also be operated from an AC adapter, which is not included. The device operates in a range that is clearly audible to the human ear.
