Details
A mixture of drought tolerant grasses. Mowing grasses make up 80% of the established lawn cover, and their large size can provide high yields. Fast-growing, early-flowering species account for 80 % of the composition, and therefore the mowing should be carried out in the second decade of May, with the exception of the northern parts of the country, with the optimum period being between the time when the bunchgrass and reed canarygrass are in flower and the time when they start to flower. Green strapgrass is a slow-growing, late-flowering plant that emerges mainly in the hay and 'rejuvenates' the forage in the parent hay. It is slow to emerge, so don't be surprised if it only comes up in the second year, but it is very long-lived. For silage, dairy herds are best mown when the clumpy ebir and reed-like chickweed bug is still in the belly.

Reed canarygrass 30 35
