A reliable blend that tolerates dry, hot summers well, but can also withstand wet, windy weather. Requires normal care. The density of the shoots means that a coherent, uniform turf cover is quickly established after sowing. The fine-textured grass surface tolerates heavy loads well and regenerates quickly. The mixture is well suited for over seeding.
