SPOON SEEDERS PER SEED
General description, advice for use
The spoon seeders per grain manufactured by Pannon Gép Ltd. are recommended for small-scale farmers, organic farmers and small-scale farmers.
IMPORTANT!:
The working speed for both manual and mechanical versions should not exceed 3-5Km/h.
At least 8-10 grams of seed must be filled for successful sowing - not recommended for hobby use!
They are primarily designed for sowing small seeds and therefore require a finely prepared soil free of clods! They cannot be used successfully in bumpy soil!
They have been in production for more than 20 years and are used with satisfaction by farmers in many countries outside our country.
The advantages of our machines:
simple operation, saving a lot of energy,
a very economical seeding system,
precise seed metering,
Seed by seed,
Multiple seeds can be sown with one machine,
no need for post-planting.
The machines are available in different versions (manual, mechanical, single row, multi row, with granule feeder), so we can satisfy different needs.
All components are manufactured in-house, so spare parts are available!
Our products are guaranteed for 5 years!
Some good advice for a successful job:
Correct insertion of the spoons is very important! It is very important that the spoons are correctly positioned when you hear a clicking sound during insertion. When inserting smaller spoons, it is a good idea to use a flat tongs. There is a video demonstrating this operation.
The level of seed "flowing" from the seed hopper section into the seed tray also affects the quality of the seed. Inside the hopper there is an aluminium seed level regulator ( slider ), which can be moved up and down to control the amount of seed flowing through. By correctly adjusting the level of this whisk, you can ensure that only the head of the spoon is immersed in the seed, and no longer the stem. If the spoon stem is also submerged, it can take up several grains in the ejection position.
It is advisable to sow at a speed corresponding to a determined walking pace (3 to 5 km/h). This also applies to mechanically trailed models.
It is advisable to carry out a test before starting work:
Place a flat pan under the machine's trough. Then, rotate the wheel of the machine, loaded with the core, to the emptying position and bring the bucket containing the core. Starting from this position, rotate the wheel 2,5 times (the circumference of the wheel is 84 cm, so 2,5 rotations imply a travel of 210 cm) and count the number of seeds discharged to check the correctness of the setting.
Principle of operation of sprocket seeders
The spoon drill can be used to sow practically any type of seed, from maize to corn. In this case, the seeds are lifted out and metered by buckets of the right size and shape. The spoons must be changed according to the type of seed to be sown. All the sowing buckets are supplied with the machines.
The spacing is determined by the number of spoons placed in the spoon disc.
A maximum of 24 spoons can be placed in the spoon tray. The drive wheel has a circumference of 84 cm. This means that on one revolution, i.e. a sowing length of 84 cm, depending on the number of spoons in the disc, you can achieve 24, 12, 8, 6, 4, 3, 2 and 1 spacing (example: if 24 spoons are used, the spacing will be 3.5 cm (80:24) .... and so on).
The table shows the spacing as a function of the spoons inserted:
Number of spoons Spacing (cm)
