Tuscany owes its Mediterranean character not only to its appearance but also to its excellent characteristics. Its deep roots make it more resistant to external stresses. Its varietal selection is a real breakthrough between aesthetics and utility. It has a deep green colour and its stems grow both upwards and sideways. This allows it to achieve exceptional density. Its truncated varieties are characterised by moderate growth, thus reducing the shearing rate.
