Presentation of the Biocont cherry leaf colour trap:
Mode of action:
The bright yellow color strongly attracts cherry-neck fly imago that emerge from the soil. The bright yellow colour of the chanterelle fly traps is due to the strong colour of the flowers. The pests stick to the sheet and get stuck in the glue and die.
Application:
Fold the sheets into a cylinder shape with the sticky surface facing outwards. Roll the sheets outwards with the cylindrical surface facing outwards. Hang the traps evenly spaced throughout the canopy on the south, east and west sides. The north side is not important. At least 2 traps are required for every 2 metres of tree height. It is important to place 2 to 3 traps on the top of the tree.
The planting should be done before the cherry tree turns yellow. Replace the traps when they become full of pests or soiled.

Dose:
For weeding, at least 2 doses for every 2 m of tree height, of which at least 1 dab is combined with scent baits.
For forecasting, 2 dabs per tree, of which at least 1 dab is combined with scent baits.
For forecasting in commercial plantations, 5-10 dabs per hectare are required for forecasting, combined with all scent baits.
