Plastic bed edging and turf edging (PE) in rolls (root barrier)
Messy beds are a thing of the past! The main function of a bed edging is to close the root zone, so you can save time and effort in weeding
What can we use the plastic bed edging for?
A garden edging can be an extremely useful addition to your garden. It shapes beds and paths between them into the desired shape.
Some tips for using it:
- Separate lawns from borders, paths or beds,
- Preventing the mixing of two layers with different surfaces (e.g. lawn-pine bark....stb)
- Marking garden paths.
- Suitable for both straight and curved edging
- cheap, simple and easy to lay (by making a V-shaped gap in the path by tilting it with a shovel, inserting the edging and compacting the soil next to it )
- must be completely buried, leaving a maximum of 1 cm above the surface of the ground can be used for: separating areas of land and soil from grass
- UV-stable, sunlight and frost resistant, but prolonged exposure to very strong sunlight ( 30-40 C ) for several weeks may cause the exposed part above the ground to collapse, making it unsuitable for mulch and gravel cover.
