Use

The active ingredient, absorbable tebuconazole, is one of the most successful triazole active ingredients of all time. Its modern formulation ensures good adhesion and minimises the sensitivity of the fruit surface to the spray.


Suggested technology:

In apple orchards, Folicur 25 WG is always recommended for use in combination with a contact partner (e.g. Antracol) for scab control, while it can be used alone for powdery mildew control. Controls should be started preventively from the redbud pheno-logical stage (when temperatures are above 10 °C) using instrumental forecasting. Spraying is carried out every 7-10 days depending on the severity of the infestation. For scab control, the combination is applied in rotation during the intensive phase of ascospore dispersal, repeated 3 times depending on the severity of the infestation. The use of Folicur 25 WG in combination with a contact partner is a resistance-breaker when used in addition to other anti-scalar technologies with different mechanisms of action. The spray round should be 7-10 days depending on the infestation pressure. For powdery mildew, treatments are applied preventively from redbud stage to green nut size.
Dose: 0,5 kg/ha

In stone fruit, 2-3 applications are recommended against moniliaceous shoot and flower infestations in the early flowering stage and during main flowering. For foliar diseases, 1-2 per-applications are necessary after flowering. For peach taffron, apply 2-3 applications every 10-12 days from red-bud stage.
