Fields of application: granular slugicide for the control of slugs in strawberries, field and shoot vegetables (excluding leaf vegetables), ornamentals at a dose of 6kg/ha 0,6gr/m2. Slugicide should not be used for the treatment of vegetables (green onions, dill, parsley, lettuce, cabbage, sorrel, spinach, etc.) whose fresh green part is consumed! Do not spray the preparation on the plants from above! Detailed instructions for use are given in the authorisation document, which can be found under Documentation. How it works: The preparation has a rapid and successful killing action by contact or by consumption as food. The active ingredient metaldehyde damages the mucous cells of the animal, causing disturbances in its skin protection, movement and digestion, which ultimately leads to the death of the snail.
